GAABESU has conducted a Special General Meeting (SGM) on 11th April and the MoA revised version, presently in force, which was earlier approved during AGM of 2022 & 2023, has again been 'formally' approved. This was the only declared agenda of the SGM. This was necessitated in order to meet the Registrar of Societies requirement of submitting any MoA revision within 1 month of approval of society Annual Report. Our Annual Report, which was placed & passed during AGM of July '23, has been formally approved by Registrar on 19th March 2024.
