GAABESU is once again announcing its Scholarship, Alumni Fellowship for Excellence (AFE), and Research Award Programmes for the Academic Year 2026–27.

For the current academic year, GAABESU is offering 101 Need-Based Scholarships, each valued at Rs. 25,000/-, including three scholarships exclusively earmarked for First-Year students. The total amount committed towards these scholarships is approximately Rs. 25.5 lakhs. The final number and amount may undergo a minor revision, as we are still awaiting confirmation from a few donors who have been supporting the programme regularly over the years.

In addition to the scholarships, GAABESU will continue its Alumni Fellowship for Excellence (AFE) Awards Programme, with at least 28 awards carrying varying award amounts. The total value of the AFE Awards for this year is approximately Rs. 7.65 lakhs, which will be awarded to deserving students from corpus funds contributed by alumni across the world.

The GAABESU Research Awards Programme will also be continued this year, with 15 awards of Rs. 25,000/- each for deserving UG and PG students. The total committed amount under this programme is approximately Rs. 3.5 lakhs.

We would also like to inform you that the necessary notices are being circulated to all Deans, Departments, Hostels and student bodies to ensure wide dissemination of the programmes among the students. Details of the available scholarships are also being displayed on the GAABESU website and the GAABESU office notice board.
